Growing up, I learned some of life’s most important financial lessons from my grandparents.
Both sets worked hard, farmed, raised four children, and shared many of the same values, but their relationships with money were very different. One spent everything they earned and later faced financial hardship in retirement, while the other saved faithfully but became so focused on preserving what they had built that they rarely allowed themselves to enjoy it.
Watching both sets of grandparents—people I loved dearly—taught me that money, by itself, isn’t the goal. It’s a tool that should help support the life you want to live. I saw firsthand how financial decisions can shape not only our financial future, but also our ability to enjoy the people and experiences that matter most.
That lesson inspired me to become a financial advisor.
Today, I help individuals and families make thoughtful financial decisions that align their money with their goals, values, and vision for the future. Whether planning for retirement, navigating life’s transitions, or simply building confidence in their financial future, my passion is helping people develop a healthy relationship with money.
Because when money is managed well, it becomes a tool for living a more meaningful life.
That’s why I do what I do.
